Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was 16 years old. She won her Pro Card only one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant Model, model, and a sponsored athlete. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. Within a single year, she was granted her professional card when she was 17. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had a break of six years from her career after she earned her pro card to pursue her studies. In 2015, she came back to the stage to compete in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show she competed throughout her career and setting more ambitious goals every year. She won another four fitness awards by the end of 2009. Also, 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age to ever be a part of history. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The athlete placed 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took sixth place in her Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very proud of the result. Ariel had to compete with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. and sitting rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the sets for working. Additionally, Ariel likes to use her time the best way feasible. Converting all the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she does.
